Thank you for shopping at Roxanne Bédard – Photographer & Artist. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, due to the nature of some of our products and our manufacturing processes, we would like to clarify the terms of our return and refund policy.

1. Returns

• Returns are not acceptedexcept in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt.
• Some of our products are made to orderand are therefore not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• As for original artworks (such as original watercolors), they are not eligible for exchange.However, if the product is defectivewe will proceed with a full refund or exchange at our discretion.

2. Return or Refund Procedure 

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing roxannebedardphotographe@outlook.com.
• Please provide clear photos of the defective product, along with details regarding the issue.
• If your request is approved, we will offer a refund or exchange according to your preference and depending on the availability of the product.

Exceptions :

• No returns will be accepted for products that are not defective or damaged.
• Products purchased on promotion or during a final sale cannot be returned.
