Thank you for making your purchase from Roxanne Bédard – Artist. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, due to the nature of certain items and our manufacturing processes, we would like to clarify the terms of our return and refund policy.

1. Returns

• Returns are not accepted, except in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt.
• Some of our products are made to order, and are therefore not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• As for original artworks (such as original watercolors), they are not eligible for exchange. However, if the product is defective, we will proceed with a full refund or exchange at our discretion.

2. Return or Refund Procedure 

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing roxannebedardartiste@outlook.com.
• Please provide clear photos of the defective product, along with details regarding the issue.
• If your request is approved, we will offer a refund or exchange according to your preference and depending on the availability of the product.

Exceptions :

• No returns will be accepted for products that are not defective or damaged.
• Products purchased on promotion or during a final sale cannot be returned.
