We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, due to the nature of certain items and our manufacturing processes, we would like to clarify the terms of our return and refund policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span><br \/>1. Returns<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"517\">Returns <strong data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"453\">are not accepted<\/strong>, except in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"651\">Some of our products are <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"572\">made to order<\/strong>, and are therefore <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"613\">not eligible for return<\/strong> except in the case of a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"917\">As for <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"698\">original artworks<\/strong> (such as original watercolors), they are <strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"785\">not eligible for exchange<\/strong>. However, if the product is <strong data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"830\">defective<\/strong>, we will proceed with a <strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"879\">full refund<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"897\">exchange<\/strong> at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\"><\/ul>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span><br \/>2.
